Bilingual Call Center Representative

Kforce has a client in search of a Bilingual Call Center Representative in Corbin, Kentucky (KY).Summary:Our client is seeking a Bilingual Call Center Rep who will be responsible for answering calls, responding to emails, handling customer inquiries, researching information, resolving customer complaints, providing customers with product and service information, entering new customer information into system, updating existing customer information, processing orders, escalating priority issues, completing call logs, and documenting all call information. The candidate handles incoming customer service phone calls, provides appropriate information to callers.Essential Job Functions:
Answers incoming phone calls on behalf of client; provides accurate and appropriate information to callers
Places outbound customer service or customer satisfaction calls, as required by client
Completes call guides; gathers, enters and verifies required information
Attends telephone skills and program information training sessions; adheres to established levels of service
Adheres to established customer service and documentation standards within required time frames
Adheres to contact center scheduling, ensures telephone coverage during contact center hours of operation
Performs clerical or administrative duties as assigned
High School diploma or GED
Zero or more years of customer service or other telephone experience
Experience working with fax machines, computer software, and telephone technology
Applicants must be fully authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Other Qualifications:
Bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates encouraged to apply
Call center experience highly preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Outstanding interpersonal skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
