Certified professional caregiver working under the guidance and supervision of a registered nurse.Responsible for providing assigned care according to scope of practice.Has adequate knowledge to approach patients of all age groups.Has adequate knowledge to approach patients of all age groups.All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.I. Minimum Education, Training, and Experience RequiredHigh school graduate or equivalent.Current Kentucky Nurse Aid Certification required or successful completion of Fundamentals of nursing-(first semester)-in an accredited Nursing program and validation of a clinical rotation consistent with level of education.Certifications based on unit worked:
