Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required Graduate of a College Surgical Tech and Surgical First Assist Program CPR certified Current state license/certification 2 years' experience in Surgery or completion of approved training course.
Completed CFA/CSA through accredited program II.
Skills and Abilities RequiredAbility to identify the scope of practice issues, prioritization, critical thinking, effective decision making, communication, interpersonal relationship skills, delegation and team leading skills consistent with the level of professional growth.
Adheres to specific hospital policy and procedures.
