Business Development Manager, Commercial
Essential Functions:
Evaluate customer's needs and recommend products and services based on the specific needs and interests of the customer.
Assess potential issues thoroughly.
Follow each customer ticket through to completion.
Providing Outstanding Customer Service to every customer.
Use problem solving skills to address customer concerns and/or issues.
Maintain a positive attitude.
Fills out paperwork fully and accurately following company policy and procedures.
Responds timely to customer needs and delivers product.
Ensure sales growth for store location.
Make customer calls daily to increase sales opportunities.
Motivate colleagues to perform to their highest potential.
Travel to customer locations within assigned sales region Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Experience:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
At least 2 years of sales experience with Commercial tires Experience with Fleet or Wholesale preferred.
Strong Customer Service Experience Tire Industry sales experience Must have a valid driver's license.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting Recommended Skills Communication Customer Demand Planning Customer Service Multitasking Positive Attitude Self Motivation Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
